How can I improve my skills, get more done, and move forward in line with my life’s vision? How can I create real impact, improve people’s lives — and still maintain my creative freedom?
That question has been the driving force of my personal and professional journey. Like many high achievers, I pushed myself to the maximum without sufficient recovery — which led to frequent burnout, and stress impacting my physical and emotional health. I knew something had to change.
I found my balance through redefining my daily rhythms: incorporating journaling, self-care and freeflow creativity. These tools helped me fall back in love with life, and fully utilize all of my strengths. Now, my mission is to help others do the same. In my workshops and coaching, I offer a practical, applicable framework that lowers stress, amplifies productivity and helps you break through limiting patterns — not just in theory, but in daily life.

Finally, we'll make use of regular journaling and self-reflection to check in with your progress and support your wellbeing long-term.
