We are looking for the answers out there, and yet we never find them, because they are in here.
The timeless tradition of yoga offers tools and techniques to adress the fluctuating manifestations of the mind — fear, anxiety, stress, desire, aversion, identification with ego and external sources — and dissolve them into equilibrium. My mission is to transmit these insights to all those who need it, guiding from a depth of lived experience, with sensitivity and personalized attention. Drawing from both yoga and creative processes (journaling, freewriting, art) I offer a holistic path towards self-discovery and transformation.
